The fills of the tool glyphs' marks, by tool id: anchor dots, pole caps and
arrowheads. Optional: most glyphs have none.
Every mark here is also drawn, as an outline, in the glyph's own path, so a
host that renders only DRAWING_TOOL_ICONS still shows each one. This adds
the fill: a second <path> painted in currentColor with no stroke of its
own, after the glyph's path. The markup builders in icon-svg.ts add it; a
host wrapping the path data itself adds
<path d="..." fill="currentColor" stroke="none"/> for the same result.
