Interface DrawingPlacementOptions

The space the placed drawing is anchored in. 'viewport' pins it to the screen: the anchors are placed where they are clicked, as usual, and kept as fractions of the pane's plot from then on. Only a tool that declares viewport accepts it. Default 'data'.
