The chart intervals a drawing is shown on, both ends included, as interval
codes the chart's data context names ('1m', '1h', 'D', or a code the
host registered). An absent end is no limit on that side, so { to: '1h' }
shows the drawing up to hourly bars. Intervals compare by bar length, so the
