Function pivotHigh

pivotHigh(values: readonly number[], left: number, right: number): number[]
the reference pivothigh / pivotlow. A pivot is confirmed right bars after it happens, so the answer lands on the confirming bar and refers to the value right bars back. Comparisons are strict on both sides, so a tie is not a pivot.

Array widths align with the source and are read on the confirmation bar. NaN array elements give gaps; scalar companions and other array elements must be nonnegative safe integers. Mismatched array lengths throw RangeError. Zero widths are valid. Finite neighbors and strict comparisons are required. Results stay on confirmation bars, including repeated confirmations of one candidate. Invalid numbers throw RangeError; malformed elements TypeError.
